Using Pirogi
These terms govern your use of Pirogi. By using the service, you agree to them. You must be at least 13 and legally able to agree to these terms.
Your account
Keep access to your sign-in provider secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your content
You keep ownership of the content you add. You give Pirogi permission to host, process, and display that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service. You are responsible for having the right to save the information you submit and for using it lawfully and respectfully.
Acceptable use
Do not use Pirogi to break the law, violate another person’s rights, harass or harm anyone, upload malicious material, evade security controls, interfere with the service, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts or data.
AI-assisted features
AI-assisted transcription or interpretation may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important information before relying on it. Pirogi is not a substitute for professional legal, medical, financial, or other expert advice.
Availability and changes
We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep Pirogi available and protect saved information, but uninterrupted operation and preservation of every item are not guaranteed. Keep exports or other backups of information you cannot afford to lose.
Termination
You may stop using Pirogi at any time. We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a serious or repeated violation of these terms. To request account deletion, email team@pirogi.ai.
Disclaimers and liability
Pirogi is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, Pirogi and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, or opportunities arising from use of the service.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will revise the effective date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to team@pirogi.ai.
